Custom orders/Resizing/Re-creations

If you would like a custom order, resizing on a current item in our store or a re-creation of a previous item we've had, please contact us. These orders will be decided upon depending on our current availability of stock.*

Once the item has been decided on, pricing will be discussed with customer and a down-payment of 50% of the full cost of item/s is to be received by us before the creation of the order takes place. Once the item/s is ready, the customer will be contacted and the outstanding amount including shipping and other related fees must be paid in full within 3 days before item can be shipped out. If payment is not received by us within the 3 days, item will be put up for sale on our website and no refunds for the down-payment will be made to the customer. 

'Change of mind' or cancellations are not accepted with Custom, Resizing and Re-Created orders.

Shipping of custom, resized or re-created orders will be different to regular orders due to the extra time needed in making the order and receiving the payment, and also other unforeseen circumstances that could take place.

Resizing

Larger sizes for resizing of item will be re-calculated and therefor result in extra charges.

Smaller sizes will still be charged at the original price of chosen item.

Re-creations

Some of our items are a 'One of a kind' and cannot be duplicated so please contact us to discuss if a re-creation of an item you have seen on our website or social media pages are possible.*

*Some of our stock (beads, components, etc) are no longer available due to discontinued lines or other factors.
Due to the nature of gemstones and handmade beads/components, they may be different in size, shape or colour, therefor they will not be exact  to the ones visible in pictures.
