Repairs and Alterations

All shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. Repairs or alterations, depending on the situation, will either be paid for by the customer or covered by us as discussed prior to customer sending the item.

If it was decided that the repair was to be paid by the customer, the repair or alteration will not take place until payment has been received by us. Otherwise, if we had chosen to cover the cost, the item will be repaired or altered within 7 days of receiving the item (unless stated otherwise). Once item is ready to be shipped, customer will be contacted and shipment will take place when shipping fees are received by us.

Once we receive the item, if we find the matter to be different or extra than what had been discussed, further costs may arise and we will get in contact with the customer.

Customer has the right to either accept further charges or have the item returned to them without repairs/alterations. Item will be shipped to them once they have paid and the money is received by us for the return shipping.

If customer refuses to pay for return shipping, no refunds will be made and item will not be shipped.

*Some of our stock (beads, components, etc) are no longer available due to discontinued lines or other factors.
Due to the nature of gemstones and handmade beads/components, they may be different in size, shape or colour, therefor they will not be exact to the ones visible in pictures.
