Some people may be allergic to metals and finishes commonly used in making jewellery. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of the allergies they may have prior to making a purchase. Due to us not knowing the allergies of our customers, we will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewellery.
Hazards regarding Jewellery, Crystals, Smudge Cleansing, Shop Display Stands, Lighting and all other items on our website
Some of our products are small enough to be a chocking hazard. Any breaking or chipping of our items may also present a chocking hazard. They should be kept out of reach of young children, animals or others who are likely to ingest them, and should never be put in the mouth due to the risk of choking.
If our products break or chip off, caution must take place when handling these pieces as they may cause injury if not handled carefully.
Burning Sage and Palo Santo must be practiced with caution as the flames/embers may cause nearby objects to catch on fire if not handled correctly. Smoke/fumes of burning Sage and Palo Santo may be harmful to any person or animal who suffers from respiratory diseases. Doors and windows must be kept open while practicing the ritual of smudge cleansing with Sage and Palo Santo at all times. Smudge cleansing should not be practiced where there is a gas leak or flammables, as this can cause an explosion.
Battery or USB operated products must be handled reasonably and switched off when not in use. Batteries should be removed and USB's unplugged when not operating. Foul play with these items can cause malfunctioning or be harmful to connected and near devices. They may pose a risk of fire or electrocution. They may represent harm to humans, animals and surroundings also.
We do not encourage dismantling/disassembling our products as doing so can bring about the opportunity for hazards.
